Our custom lapel pins are made of cloisonne soft enamel. We then pour powdered glass into the recesses of the mold or stamped metal base. The colors are matched to your pin design artwork. After being baked at a very high temperature, the glass enamel is polished to flush out the metal lines that separate the colors. This gives your cloisonne lapel pins a smooth, highly polished finish that will wear like new for years to come.
